Fastest car purchase I have ever experianced I have purchased a total of 4 new cars in the span of my adult life. I would rate this purchase as the number 1 of all of them. The information given I have purchased a total of 4 new cars in the span of my adult life. I would rate this purchase as the number 1 of all of them. The information given to me by Rick was all up front. In dealing with him and Kim (financial department) I did not experience any of the "tricky" numbers many of us have come to know as normal when buying new cars. They were honest and upfront. Additionally in past dealings I would have had to take several hours of my time and dedicate it to the purchasing experience. This one (from beginning until I drove off the lot) was maybe 1.5 hours. I also appreciate the fact that the numbers on the window were actually the amount the car would cost. My wife saw the car for the first time last night and she is extremely satisfied. Great job by all. You have just made me a VW guy. More

Excellent expirence buying a car I went to the dealership to help my son find a used vehicle that will last at least a few years. As we were strolling the parking lot Alan Brockette a I went to the dealership to help my son find a used vehicle that will last at least a few years. As we were strolling the parking lot Alan Brockette approached us, I told him some ideas of what I was interested in. He invited us inside to look at their whole inventory on the computer. After getting some ideas from the inventory, Alan loaded us up in a car for a ride through their sales lots. My son got out and looked at a few things. A good looking Ford truck caught our eye. I test drove the truck, it was a very smooth riding truck. Spotless interior and LOW mileage! This truck could last for several years. I appreciated Alan doing his best helping us find something to take home that day. We drove an hour an a half to that dealership because of their large selection of used cars. The financing part was the quickest I have had at any dealership. Thank you Alan and the rest of the Pete Moore Volkswagen staff that made our shopping day a success. More

That showed me that he was dedicated to serving his customers. From the first day we met we became friends and look forward to working with him in the future with my next purchase I don't remember Kim's last name. But, she is top- notch. She was great to work with! She made sure that Alan and all other salesmen kept their numbers in line with what the banks would approve! She is a no-nonsense Christian woman!
