Mr. Fanucci, was courteous, professional and he and Mr. Destefano handled the deal for me. There was no hassle, no haggling, no high pressure, and they gave me a very good deal with a liberal trade in allowance. In buying several new cars over the years, this team from the sales to the finance manager, Aaron, were professional, courteous, and honest right from the start. It made buying this car a pleasure. Mr. Destefano took time to explain all the bells and whistles to my spouse, and I received several thank you emails from sales, managers, service dept and others, thanking me for my business. Having been in sales, sometimes when two salesmen have to "Split a deal" which I am sure they did, but oten the salesmen are upset or stand offish, to the customer. These two men worked well together and complimented one another. hats off to them and Pete Moore, and I recommend them to anyone. More

The sales experience was great as Lance Fanucci contacted me within hours of my inquiry. I told him what I needed and he kept in constant contact via email, text and phone with any updates. I am a numbers and statistics person by nature and Lance provided nothing less than what I asked for. Even better, I got the car I wanted and saved a lot of money dealing with this dealership team. The final sales transaction was the absolute quickest I have have experienced. Arron Eblen, the sales manager took over to close the deal and finalize the paperwork. He provided clear financing options by organizing the options and additional services offered by VW.
