Some people may find this strange but the 2 hour drive saved me 1100 dollars at the expense of a phone call and a few text messages. The sales experience was great as Lance Fanucci contacted me within hours of my inquiry. I told him what I needed and he kept in constant contact via email, text and phone with any updates. I am a numbers and statistics person by nature and Lance provided nothing less than what I asked for. Even better, I got the car I wanted and saved a lot of money dealing with this dealership team. The final sales transaction was the absolute quickest I have have experienced. Arron Eblen, the sales manager took over to close the deal and finalize the paperwork. He provided clear financing options by organizing the options and additional services offered by VW. The presentation was presented in clear graphical form which makes it easy for anyone to pick and choose the additional offerings if they so desire. And if your not interested, its no big deal. More

He was very knowledgeable on the various engine configurations and the range of equipment and performance indicators. He also assisted us in getting a good financing package. He answered any question that I had and was even giving me information about the car and the various programs offered by VW and Pete Moore that I was going to ask about. After Cody sold me on the car, he started working w/ Kim to secure a price and financing that I was looking for. Kim took over the purchase and she knocked my socks off! I had certain expectations on finance rates and other stuff and Kim beat those expectations and then some! She also knew what I wanted as far as warranties and maintenance and also went above and beyond and got me everything I wanted and more! Overall, it was an outstanding car purchasing experience and I would recommend shopping here first or second, but Im sure Pete Moore will be your last stop on your car shopping adventure! More

This is the Best dealership that I have ever been too. Is dealer did not try a ram a car or push something that I didn't want, they listened to what I told them I was looking for and next thing I know they Is dealer did not try a ram a car or push something that I didn't want, they listened to what I told them I was looking for and next thing I know they pull up three cars for us to look at. The treated my wife with respect, and not like some other dealerships and only talked to and not both of us. The test drive was not just down the street two blocks like others, we took the car on the highway. Great Job. More
