Pete Moore VW - Well Worth the Drive! I was looking for a low mileage PT Cruiser Convertible GT (which are getting very difficult to find.) Pete Moore VW actually had one in their used ca I was looking for a low mileage PT Cruiser Convertible GT (which are getting very difficult to find.) Pete Moore VW actually had one in their used car department that was in great shape. I called for information and was assisted by Mark Torelli - What a great guy. I told him that I don't like the haggling game and to give me his best shot. Mark came back with a great price so my wife and I made the 4.5 hour drive the next day. The car was beautifully detailed and waiting for our final inspection when we arrived and was exactly as Mark described. The car drove great, we purchased it, had lunch on the beach and headed home. Unfortunately we experienced a failure on the way home. I called Mark, he jumped into action and got Louis Trotta involved. They picked up the car and offered us a loaner. Then they worked with Chrysler to resolve the issue, tested it completely and shipped it to my door. I am extremely amazed at the level of customer service and the desire to make sure their customers are satisfied and taken care of . . . especially these days. I would gladly make that 4.5 hour drive the next time I am in the market for a vehicle and also HIGHLY recommend Pete Moore VW to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. A wonderful car buying experience I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted the I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted them and Kyle Prell responded quickly, answered all my questions, and confirmed that the car was in transit but still available for purchase and that he would call me when it arrived so we could do a test drive and talk about making the purchase. I live 2.5 hours from Pensacola so I could really only come over on a Saturday. The car luckily arrived on Saturday Morning and Kyle called me as soon as it arrived. I loaded up the family and drove over that afternoon. Kyle and the gang at Pete Moore VW was able to get the car ready for a test drive. We did the test drive and everything went well so I decided to make the purchase. I am a VW Partner Program member and was able to get guaranteed pricing (invoice - $500). Not every dealer participates in the program so I was pleased that Pete Moore VW are a participating dealer. Kyle and the Pete Moore VW team showed me the invoice pricing and gave me the deal no questions asked. They also got me a great rate of financing (1.99%/60mos). After all the paperwork was completed, Kyle showed me a few more helpful details about the car, answered any questions, got us all fueled up and on our way. I am very pleased with the extremely high level of service and hospitality provided by Kyle Prell and the Pete Moore VW team. They really made the whole experience wonderfully quick, simple, and painless especially when the car arrived on the lot the same day I purchased it.
