The BEST, ZERO Pressure car sales experience I stopped in at random on a weekday to test drive a Jetta TDI and see what all the hype was about. Donny asked me if he could help and showed me all of the TDI Jettas he had on the lot and gave me all the specs (mpg, options, etc). I told him I might come back for a test drive later in the day and he didn't get pushy and aggravating (as some used car salesmen sometimes do). So I came back later, we took a quick ride around town and chatted. Again ZERO PRESSURE. Just friendly and helpful throughout. We chatted with the service about regular maintenance costs and what the vehicle would need in terms of preventative maintenance at what mileage. The guys in the Service Department were very frank about the costs and did not try to sugar coat anything. Just facts. After running the numbers and thinking about it for a week (without being harassed everyday by phone) I decided to look at newer Jetta with lower mileage. I made Donny an offer over the phone, he came back with a fair counter offer and we made a deal. He even came to pick me up from across town so my wife wouldn't have to drive over to the dealership to drop me off. We did the paperwork, their finance department found me a better deal with a lower APR, and I was driving away (with a full tank of diesel) in less than two hours. Bottom line: No one tried to sell me something outside of my budget, no one harassed me with high pressure tactics, they showed me every single piece of paper I asked to see before I purchased it, they got me a better deal than my own bank, they never talked to me as if I were stupid, they always answered my questions directly, and they filled up the tank without me having to fight over it (which as many of you know is getting rarer in the used car arena). Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Ask for Donald Redhead. More

Mark greeted my with a friendly handshake and smile that was genuine. Mark was absolutely excellent in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs without the high pressure sales. He worked with me to insure that I was in the right vehicle and the right pricing for my needs. Kim in financing was also extremely helpful and friendly. New Car Purchase On March 5, 2014, I purchased a 2014 VW Passet TDI from the Pete Moore Dealership. I had looked at three other models (Hybrids) but could not make a On March 5, 2014, I purchased a 2014 VW Passet TDI from the Pete Moore Dealership. I had looked at three other models (Hybrids) but could not make a decision. My husband and I stopped at the Pete Moore VW Dealership to look at their vehicles and were fortunate to meet M. Cornell Jenkins Sr. (CJ), the salesman who showed us around. CJ was patient, pleasant and did not rush us or push us toward a particular model. Instead, he very kindly explained the models, we were interested in, explaining the MPG on each vehicle and pointing out which vehicles featured equipment we were interested in, such as backup cameras, leather upholstery etc. I have to say CJ is an outstanding Salesman and I felt I was informed and the price was fair. CJ told us, he has worked at the Pete Moore Dealership for 5 years and enjoyed working there. My husband and I came to the dealership looking for a vehicle we found online. I emailed about it with Kyle Prell and he was attentive online in answering my questions. We visited the dealership and found that the vehicle we were looking for had just been sold. Kyle showed us other vehicles in the inventory. We found one that said it was sold and he wasn't convinced it was so he checked on it and found out that it was not in fact sold and he helped us make the purchase on it. Kyle did not try to show us vehicles that were outside of our comfortable price range as some salesmen would. He bypassed vehicles on the lot that he felt were subpar and did not try to sell us those either. I have been to many many lots looking for vehicles and have always felt like someone was trying to pull one over on me. Kyle did not make me feel that way at all. We were actually satisfied and not stressed out and miserable when we left the lot both days. Kyle sat around and talked with us also even after the business operating hours were over like we were friends, not just another payday. We ended up trading our subcompact car in and we bought a truck that better suited our needs. We were thrilled with the vehicle and felt that we had never seen one before that was in such pristine shape and condition. Kyle even worked with us and my bank to make sure the price was right for them to finance it. We are very satisfied with our purchase and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. They even told us about some extra services that come with any vehicle purchase, such as free nitrogen for life in our tires, and free flat repair. I was impressed with Pete Moore and recommend working with it and Mr. Prell. More
