Upon arriving I was met by Mr. Torelli, and after explaining my purpose, he immedi of purchasing a new VW I returned to Pete Moore, previous source. We exchanged a few pleasantries and then proceeded to find an acceptable vehicle. Having had a very pleasant buying experience thru Mr. Prell on my previous purchase, I was very much at ease and comfortable in the knowledge we would have a successful agreement suitable to both. Upon reaching the finals of pricing etc. we managed to "visit" and discus many common areas in the Pensacola/Brownsville area where we both had been raised. Being raised and schooled in the Pensacola area it was an enjoyable experience to expand a car sale into a personal friendship. These types of business experiences are the life-blood of a successful enterprise. Building customer confidence, having an excellent product and having concern for the buyers are paramount in todays climate.
