This is the second vehicle we have bought at Pete Moore Volkswagen, and we had another great experience! Mark Torelli was our salesperson, and he took great care to show us all the available models on the Volkswagen, and we had another great experience! Mark Torelli was our salesperson, and he took great care to show us all the available models on the lot, and made sure he walked us through everything before our test drive. When the color we wanted wasn't on the lot, he found one and had it shipped in. Mark delivered our new Jetta on time, with the add-ons requested, and he even made sure it had been detailed and was fueled up when we arrived to get it. I definitely recommend Mark Torelli and Pete Moore Volkswagen if you are looking to buy a car! More

I have not bought a new car for at least 20 years. I was dreading the experience. After dealing with Kyle Prell all my fears subsided. He was professional, great to work with, and went out of his way to help. I was especially surprised how quick and easy it was to drive away with my new car once a deal was made. He programed my phone, reviewed with me my new cars gadgets and told me to call him if I had any problems or questions. He even called me on my car phone to check on me on my return home. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. He certainly made my new car buying experience a pleasant and memorable one. I would recommend Him and your dealership to anyone looking for a new VW. More

This was my daughter's first new car buying experience and C.J. was absolutely awesome. He put us all at ease, was friendly, took time to explain all details, introduced her to the service tea experience and C.J. was absolutely awesome. He put us all at ease, was friendly, took time to explain all details, introduced her to the service team, took a picture of her with her new car, and brought her a VW tee-shirt! We live out of state so much of this process was done via telephone until we got to Florida where C.J. had all of the paperwork prepared which made the process so much faster and easier. He helped work out a payment plan that was affordable to my daughter at an excellent interest rate. The dealership itself is bright and clean and overall we were impressed. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on their faces! You should be proud of your team and it is obvious C.J. is good at what he does. I would definetely recommend this dealership to others and refer them to C.J. Needless to say, my daugher is "in love" with her new car and we are happy that she is driving a vehicle that not only looks good, but is safe and dependable. More

My experience at Pete Moore VW was the best I've had in purchasing a car. It started with CJ and his professionalism over the phone and can do, no games attitude. I was driving 2 hours to purchase a car in purchasing a car. It started with CJ and his professionalism over the phone and can do, no games attitude. The Pete Moore VW team is exceptional. The sales team of Kyle and Jeff were very professional and straight forward and the price was fair. Kyle set up my cell phone for me which was appreciated. The lease on my 2010 Volkeswagen Eos was almost up, so I stopped in to go find out aboout my options. I was considering keeping the car because I really liked it. But Mark went over all the financials with me and explained that by leasing a new Eos, I would continue to have a car under full warranty and free service for the life of the lease, pluse my payments to buy the car would be considerably more than lease payments for the new one. He worked hard to make sure that my payments were what I could afford. My new car had just come in and he made sure that it was cleaned up, detailed and filled with gas for me to drive home.
