We emailed Pete Moore on a Tuesday night explained our situation, what we had to trade in and what we were looking for and by Thursday, my wife was driving a new car home. The people were very professional and polite, and did not waste your time trying to get you into something you did not want. Again I have sent my oldest son and he also was in a vehicle in 3 to 4 days, and was the vehicle that he wanted. I don't think Santa Claus could out do these people with a Christmas list.
