We previously owned two New VW Bettles living in Tullahoma, TN. We recently moved to Pensacola, FL. and needed services done on our 2005 new Bettle Convertible. Due to this earlier service experience with Pete Moore we chose to return when it was time to purchase the New 2012 Bettle. Kyle Prell was our sales person. Kyle was extreamly friendly and showed us all the features of the 2012 Bettle. Kyle also filled our New car with a full tank of gas for us. Dave was the three things I look for in a salesman. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I work as a technician and do not generally have to travel outside my own dealership to find a vehicle but I was friendly, professional, and patient. I do have a comment for the Chevy side of the house. I went over there a day or two before going to the VW side- where I purchased my last vehicle (2010 Jetta). The salesman showed me a truck driving by, a white one in the back, that you just got in, took my number and said he would call me that day with the information. I had looked for days for a car on Hwy 29 dealers because they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. I bought a car 3 years ago there for me and earlier this year there fo they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. I purchased a new vehicle from Pete Moore VW earlier in the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a couple days, i realized I was not happy with certain characteristics about the vehicle, and contacted the dealership with my concerns. The vehicle had a buy back gurantee through carfax, so I was not worried, but that was never mentioned, the dealership team was very understanding, and just said find another vehicle you like. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, went out of their way to be helpful, and very professional with all the extra trouble and work I put them through. All I can say is thanks for the hard work, and job well done. I will see you in the future. More
