The sales rep (Kyle Prell) coordinated everything with my wife via phone while I was still in New Orleans. Once I arrived at Pete Moore dealaership, he was there waiting to meet me. He immediately took me to the vehicle I was inquiring about and informed me of all the particulars about the vehicle. I asked to see another upgraded model of the Jetta and he was more than helpful. At the end of the day, with no pressure from salesmen, I was able to choose, test drive, and finance my new vehicle. The entire transaction took under 4 hours.
