I called the dealership on Dec. 4th to get some information about a new car as my 2014 Outlander had been totaled in an accident the end of Nov. He drove through the lot and showed me several cars and I ended up choosing the first one he showed me. He answered all my questions and made the whole process so easy, I left Pete Moore with the vehicle that meets my need.
