Very Efficient Sales Department I located a car that caught my eye in the Pete Moore ad in the News Journal, and called to make sure it had not sold. I went out to see it, and Drew Ferguson located it on the lot and brought it around for me to see. It was exactly what I had been hunting for , and I was not disappointed when I drove it..it handled just as I hoped it would. We sat down to crunch some numbers and I was pleased with the fair deal that I got. They sent a purchase order to my financial institution, and I returned on a Friday with the check. The car looked immaculate, and it only took a short while to get the purchase papers done,. I was very pleased with everything from top to bottom, and would definitely shop there again!! More

Fantastic Experience! I located a vehicle on the CarGurus app that was at the Pete Moore VW dealership in Pensacola. Mollie Crawford answered my inquiry quickly and put me I located a vehicle on the CarGurus app that was at the Pete Moore VW dealership in Pensacola. Mollie Crawford answered my inquiry quickly and put me in touch with Lou Trotta to negotiate vehicle pricing. Lou and I hammered out the deal quickly and he set up an appointment to come in to test drive the car. I arrived at the dealership and Lou greeted me and within a minute I was partnered with salesman Ernie Martinez. Ernie was extremely pleasant to work with and was a VW guy himself. Ernie really knows the VW brand and and seemed proud to represent the brand. It was nice working with a guy that owns and knows the brand and isn't a car lot hopper. My deal was processed quickly, I was introduced to one of the service managers and Josh Zweifel helped wrap up the paperwork details. Everyone from beginning to end were great to work with and I was in and out in 2 hours. I will recommend Pete Moore VW to family and friends and will shop them for future purchases. More
