VW buyback and new car purchase I have had several VW's not always from this dealer, but yesterday I felt like it was a new day. Next is Drew Ferguson the sales rep who I had been talking with since I new I was doing the buy back for my diesel vehicle. He is low key, extremely knowledgeable and although I had a ton of questions he never seemed to bothered by them and never pushed to get the sale! After having seen multiple brands and vehicles I felt comfortable with purchasing a VW again. Jeff Gerguson made me a great deal which only reaffirmed my decision. Kim was great with financing. Finally, there were a few requests made to the service dept, and I must say that Rich, along with his crew really went over and above to make me feel special!
