While in the service department, I made a casual inquiry regarding a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, to Service Manager Richard Lord. Although up to his neck in "alligators" as usual, the ever helpful Mr. Lord pretty much dropped what he was doing to "grease the skids," and put me in touch with salesman Kyle Prell. Mr. Prell spent several hours with us, patiently and thoroughly explaining, comparing, and contrasting, three vehicles, in both the static, and test drive environment.
