He went over all the comparisons with me of different vehicles I was considering and answered all my questions (numerous times) until I felt like I had a good understanding. Even though it took me over two weeks to make a decision, he kept in touch with me, showing me different vehicles that were in my price range. He made a point of letting me know he wanted me to get a vehicle I could afford and would be the best fit for me. I totally felt like he was on my side during the whole process, making a point of getting the most for my trade in, showing me around the dealership for future visits and taking time to explain all the features of my NEW Corolla. As a young woman and first time buyer I was quite nervous/skepti I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car at Legacy Toyota a few days ago. As a young woman and first time buyer I was quite nervous/skeptical of the process--so much so that I was driving my clunker of a car WAY past its expiration date. The sales person that helped me, Jim Bell, was unbelievable and made the experience simple and easy. He was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price (an adorable 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with less than 30,000 miles). Jim and the team at Legacy stayed with me past closing hours as they worked to get my deal approved. Thanks to Legacy, I was able to make the 4+ hour drive home for Christmas that night. It was by far my most enjoyable drive home yet. More

Great service from Allan Blackburn I got my first Toyota around Oct. 1, 2001 (a 2002 Corolla) and five or 6 months later started my car service at Legacy Toyota. Alan Blackburn was the I got my first Toyota around Oct. 1, 2001 (a 2002 Corolla) and five or 6 months later started my car service at Legacy Toyota. Alan Blackburn was the service person I had contact with on that first visit. I traded my 2002 Corolla for a 2005 Corolla in Dec 2004 and still have it today. I have serviced my Corolla every 6 months without fail since early 2002. Alan Blackburn is the best! He is always friendly, helpful, and he explains everything I need to know about service on my Corolla. Thank you Legacy, for having Alan Blackburn in your service department!! More
