The dealer also had a TrueCar Guaranteed Savings Certificate for new vehicles, which gave a deduction off the dealer invoice instead of the MSRP. The salesman did give me a copy of the Vehicle invoice report showing both the MSRP and Dealer Invoice price. You know that the dealer is going to make money on the deal, all I hoped for was a fair price, which I felt I got. I was pleased to find out after I bought the car that all routine maintenance/service and labor for TWO years is free, no cost oil changes no cost tire rotation, no cost replacement windshield wipers.....to me a big plus that salesman should have mentioned to help seal the deal. Most pleasant surprise, a full tank of gas in the car as I drove away. More
Recent service on my 2010 Avalon I had a complimentary oil change done by Legacy Toyota. The Service Department was very cordial and courteous. They said the service would be completed in an hour based on the number of vehicles ahead of mine, and that's exactly how long it was when they told me it was done and ready to go, My service writer, Derek, pointed out a few items that need to be monitored and changed/replaced soon. Great experience went in for 5000 service, tire check. Told tires needed replacing and some brake lights were out. I have the "Tires For Life" program that was part went in for 5000 service, tire check. Told tires needed replacing and some brake lights were out. I have the "Tires For Life" program that was part of purchase in 2003, in compliance with this program, they installed new tires with no cost. Car drives so much better with new tires. Service was prompt and friendly. Moses Brown was helpful and courteous. More

I've dealt with Alan for quite some time now (we have two Toyotas from Legacy) and he always works with me and my budget to give me a heads up on what I've dealt with Alan for quite some time now (we have two Toyotas from Legacy) and he always works with me and my budget to give me a heads up on what absolutely has to be fixed and what can wait if I'm tight on money. I'm thankful I have another Toyota. I've had it serviced twice and the service is still great. Friendly, and very upfront about options & service issues and costs. More
