Purchase of 2014 Toyota Corolla LE ECo Our experience was good and the Sales representative did a thorough job of getting the information we requested, allow us to test drive the car and di Our experience was good and the Sales representative did a thorough job of getting the information we requested, allow us to test drive the car and discuss options to buy the vehicle. The deal was held up because we had to wait for the car to be brought back from TMH credit union and the guy looking for it thought it was at another credit union. We at first thought we would just buy the car with a down payment and a loan from FLAG credit union but we decided at the last minute to trade in our 2009 Corolla. I think we got a fair price for the new car plus we got a pretty good trade in value( per Charlie Sciandra and Phil Sollecito) for our old car. The final paperwork was done speedily by Demarcus Akins. On the following Monday, one key was over at TMH credit union, which we needed and after a call to TMH by Tim Bowman I had to go over there to get it from Tim Cook since it wasn't at the dealership and the pickup guy was off on Monday. Everyone was cooperative and we even got hamburgers while we waited from 11 am to 4:15 PM on Saturday. More

Not only was the buying experience excellent, but also the price - they worked the numbers with me, never trying to persuade me into anything more expensive than my stated budget and totally fulfilled my wish list / needs.
