I originally spoke to Ellis Borden. He spent the time with me to discuss the Truck and options I was looking for. Very Helpful. I came back the next week and Ellis was busy with another customer so he re with me to discuss the Truck and options I was looking for. Very Helpful. I came back the next week and Ellis was busy with another customer so he referred me to Fred. Fred was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with. Erik Shipley was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. These three individual are a true asset to your company. However there was one individual we dealt with that totally angered me when he tried to pull something over on me. Had it not been for Erik taking over I would have walked out without any regrets. Unfortunately, I do not remember this particular Finance representatives name but Erik can tell you who he is. We were negotiating price and terms. I told the first finance guy I wanted to be $450 per month. I told him I would go to $455. He went away and came back told me we had a deal, shook hands etc... What he didn't tell us was he had increased the length of the loan by 3 months. I was insulted to think your finance guy would think I was that stupid not catch this or object. In essence I was lied to. I wish I remembered this guys name. Ask Eric or Fred I'm sure the can tell you who it was. More

We visited Legacy Toyota hoping to investigate Solara, but we learned that model is no longer manufactured. JR Peet met us as we drove up and answered our questions professionally. He listened to us and showed us vehicles that might meet our needs, but he never tried to sell me more car than I wanted to drive. My first Toyota was a Tercel and I loved it, hence I gravitated to the 2014 Corolla manual shift. We have owned a Corolla and a RAV4 since trading in that Tercel. Because of JR's willingness to work with us and his friendly manner, we bought the 2014 Corolla. I was impressed with the little extra services JR provided, such as setting up my Bluetooth and radio presets. He and Brian Harrison explained everything to us patiently and professionally. More
From the moment we stepped on the lot we were greeted and treated as VIP's. Tony did a fantastic job showing us the Highlander we were interested in and answering all of our questions. He took our request for financing to Kelly and then she took over and helped us through the arduous task of completing the paperwork associated with a large financed purchase. She took the time and answered all our questions about different insurance options available and helped us make those purchase decisions. Once the car was ours and filled-up with gas and washed then Tony took over again and help us register for EnTune and then took us through all the dials and knobs and functions on our new SUV. Phil was there at the start and at the finish to thank us for choosing Legacy Toyota. Thanks guys, great job! More
My latest experience at the service center was excellent. This is my 3rd new car from Legacy. The main reason I came back to Legacy is because of the service dept. and Mr. Blackburn. This is the 1st service dept. I felt knew what they were doing and were honest with me, and it has continued. I also like the Toyotqa Camry XLE. My buying experience was exceptional with Dee Patel taking his time and showing me a lot of the options on the car. He also said I could call him if I had questions and he would walk me through how to use the touch screen if I had questions, and even come over and program my garage door if I couldn't get it to work! Erik Shipley went over all my options as far as what I could add on to the service of the car and I was able to pick what options I wanted with no pressure (like gap insurance and extended warrantee. I was happy with the whole experience and the car. Even though I live closer to Thomasville Toyota, I will continue to recommend and use Legacy Toyota. More
