Any potential customer should be acutely aware of their highly misleading business practices, particularly concerning vehicle acquisitions. The process began with a firm, confident offer to purchase my vehicle at a specific price—an offer that necessitated over four hours of my time, including dedicated travel to their location. This initial quote, which I trusted was a good-faith commitment, proved to be nothing more than a lure. Upon arrival, the staff, who seem to operate under the confusing guise of the 'DriveO' brand to obscure accountability to the main dealership, engaged in protracted, stalling tactics. After four hours of waiting, negotiations, and inspections, the dealership flatly refused to honor their initial, binding offer. This is the definition of a bait-and-switch: using a high initial quote to physically get a seller onto their property, only to refuse the transaction and waste the seller's valuable time. This was not merely a case of minor negotiation; this was outright refusal to complete a transaction they had initiated and solicited. The team at Peters of Nashua/DriveO demonstrated a cynical disregard for the customer’s time and operated with an alarming lack of integrity. What a waste of time. 2 hours. I took it in for an inspection and I had no issues the year before. Waited 5 minutes in the car before I was checked in. I waited and hour 2 hours. I waited and hour and a half and had to go find and ask the rep to find out what was what was going on. She had to go out back to get info. Said the tech was waiting to see if I have a part for something that worked fine as far as I know. Window controls were "sticky". No sticker and return trip. Have to wait a week for courtesy car. I am looking for a new car but not here More

Without a doubt purchasing my new 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L from Peters Honda was my first time five star car buying experience. That’s saying allot as I’ve bought many cars and trucks during my life! My in from Peters Honda was my first time five star car buying experience. That’s saying allot as I’ve bought many cars and trucks during my life! My initial inquiry was answered by Nicole in Internet sales. She was responsive and asked what could be done to earn my business. I said I was looking for the best “out the door” price and wasn’t wanting a back and forth negotiation process as I was a qualified buyer ready to buy. She worked with Nathan the sales manager on pricing, responded to me again and presented me with a deal that was better than I’d received at another dealer - and earned my business. My delivery experience the next day with Ryan in sales was exemplary. We went thru the paperwork, worked with Kirk in finance and before I knew it my CR-V was detailed and ready for me to drive home. Before I could leave though Ryan spent alotta time going over the systems and features of the CRV, set up my Apple Car Play and Honda Link. Once we were done everyone made sure I was satisfied with my experience before leaving. Including meeting Peggy the owner. Within a day I had follow up from the service department making an introduction and to be sure I didn’t have any further questions or issues. All around five star experience with everyone I worked with during the purchase process. So if you’re looking to buy a new Honda in southern NH or MA border area there’s no reason to choose any other Honda dealer than Peters Honda of Nashua. More
