Ronald Harrison went out of his way to accommodate us. Ron and Wayne the finance person both went out of their way to accommodate us. I do have a problem with all the young sales staff just hanging around Ron and Wayne the finance person both went out of their way to accommodate us. In my opinion it should all be team work and we were late for our appointment and Ron had another sale going those young men could have helped Ron and take our plates off our trade in. It was getting late and your dealership was closing. They also could have put on the 20 day plate for him/us as well. Didn't seem like lots of team work going on. Every person for himself. I guess this is in all areas of business now days. Open a door for a customer, ask if could help us or Ron with anything. "Chit Chat" on your own time. Offered to get us a water or coffee nope just kept chit chatting. We felt bad for Ron doing everything with employees just standing around, I almost said to them "do something" dust off the cars, clean off the tables. Keep busy and look busy. More

Matt introduced me to Kim Richards, sales person. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me. There was absolutely no presure and I could have walked away. Kim is an exceptional sales Woman and I would and will recommend her to any and all who would ask if I recommend anyone. I am very happy with my entire experience while buying my car.
