I can't believe dealerships like this still exist...do they think customers are dumb? I emailed about a specific vehicle and was told that they have agreed on certain price and to come on in. exist...do they think customers are dumb? I emailed about a specific vehicle and was told that they have agreed on certain price and to come on in. Get there, and the car doesn't exist, they can't find it. The salesman takes 30 minutes trying to figure out where it is/what's going on. The sales manager refuses to speak to me about it. I am then offered an older vehicle with 50% more miles on it for the same prices as the "bait" vehicle. Again, DO YOU THINK I AM STUPID? Then they try to convince me to buy or lease a brand new vehicle instead. AGAIN, DO YOU THINK I AM STUPID. What a waste of time. More
I called Jim Green on the phone and told him what my price range was and he had me come up to the dealership, he introduced me to Don Sheehan, who showed me all the cars that were in my price range. Bo price range was and he had me come up to the dealership, he introduced me to Don Sheehan, who showed me all the cars that were in my price range. Both Jim and Don were very friendly and knowledgeable about the all of the cars I was looking at. I did not even have to negotiate the pricing, because their price was the lowest I could find anywhere, and I looked everywhere, believe me. I feel like I got the exact car that was right for me. I love my new Honda Civic and I felt like I got treated with total respect and that they worked for me. A couple of weeks before I went to Peters, I went to another dealership (I won't mention their name), and they were playing games with the pricing, and the salesperson went to his manager five times (how annoying) and still could not match a price for the same car that we saw at another dealership, it was so painful and a waste of my time. Anyway, I am going to recommend Peters to all of my family & friends for a pain free buying experience of a vehicle. More
This is my first visit to this dealership. Before we went to there, we have been to Boch, Bernardi, and Ron Bouchard's. This was a productive and happy buying story at Peters Honda, Nashua. Robert Marr we to there, we have been to Boch, Bernardi, and Ron Bouchard's. This was a productive and happy buying story at Peters Honda, Nashua. Robert Marr welcomed my son and me. He introduced the Honda Pilot Touring in great details and showing us that he likes the car a lot, which differentiates from other dealerships. After the test drive, we sat down to negotiate the price. Amazingly, he listened to our requests with great patients, not pushing us to agree on his offering prices. Other dealers might be angry with my negotiations. He is such a great guy. He is very friendly to us from the beginning to end. Another small story is that the car lost a small piece of paint. I called him and he was happy to fix it soon. What a great guy! Knowledgeable, friendly, loving the car showing to customer, listening, and not pushy are keys! Please visit this dealership and ask for Robert Marr for your next car. More
The whole experience was amazing. The dealers were friendly and not pushy or swarming you as you walked in the door. I could trust them and I knew they were there to help me. The price for my car wa friendly and not pushy or swarming you as you walked in the door. I could trust them and I knew they were there to help me. The price for my car was great, especially when buying new. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend to anyone that Peter's Honda in Nashua is the place to go. More
I went to the dealership originally to look at a new Honda. I already gave a deposit to another dealer but I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal. I had been looking for a used Honda CR-V E Honda. I already gave a deposit to another dealer but I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal. I had been looking for a used Honda CR-V EX-L but I couldn't find one I liked so I was going to buy new. I wandered around the lot looking at the used SUV's first in case there was something not on the website. Mark Alexander joined me and showed me what they had used that fit my criteria. I saw this 2011 Toyota Rav4 Limited and that was it. Mark was knowledgeble about the inventory on the lot and the features in the Toyota even though the dealer doesn't sell them new. I didn't even look at the Hondas I originally came to buy. The lifetime powertrain warranty made buying used an easy decision since I drive my cars until they die. (There is one caveat though, you need to use a "certified" mechanic. I'm not sure what that means yet.) I was at the dealership total about 4.5 hours. It took a little over 2 hours to get the paperwork and a final cleaning on the car. I didn't think that was unreasonable. By the way, the person who cleans the cars does an excellent job; even the door hinges were spotless. The car looks just about new. They even went to the Toyota dealer for a tube of touch up paint to cover up a scuff on the bumper and they gave me the tube. This is my first experience with Peters of Nashua. So far, they have been accommodating. I would definitely buy another car from them. More
I went here to find a used vehicle and was helped by Marvin Martin. Not only did he find what I was looking for but worked with me on the price I was looking for. When we went back a couple of days late Marvin Martin. Not only did he find what I was looking for but worked with me on the price I was looking for. When we went back a couple of days later to finalize everything he unfortunately was not there, however we were helped by Rob Marr who knew exactly who I was and why I was there. He was very personable to not only myself and my wife but also my son and treated him as if he was a customer as well which to me was impressive. We then spoke to Matt in credit who was very informative and knowledgeable about the credit. In short not only would I recommend to anyone looking for a car to come to this dealer but I would encourage them to speak with Marvin and Rob. When I picked up the car both the salesman were there to congratulate me and thanked me for their business. More
Our experience with Peters Honda of Nashua NH was a very positive one. Our salesman was Chris Cannata and he proved to be an exceptional salesman and a pleasure to work with. Chris was very accommodating positive one. Our salesman was Chris Cannata and he proved to be an exceptional salesman and a pleasure to work with. Chris was very accommodating and showed us the utmost courtesy when we came into the showroom / main office. Chris was diligent in making sure my husband and I had the exact Pilot that we had wanted and he was very easy to reach and was quite persistent in communication on a regular basis to help move things along. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and in fact, already did as my in-laws are coming in tomorrow to meet with Chris about a van trade-in. Very wonderful experience and would go back to Peters every time! Thanks so much ~ Amy More
Ever fear getting "smooth-talked" into buying a car that leaves you with less than you bargained for AND a higher monthly payment? If so, do your research and call Kim at this dealership. Seriously car that leaves you with less than you bargained for AND a higher monthly payment? If so, do your research and call Kim at this dealership. Seriously. She not only LISTENED to our needs very carefully, but never wasted our time showing us what we weren't specifically coming in for nor made us feel like we were being "talked down to" regarding our choice. All of this PLUS she and her team offered unheard of personal assistance to expedite the registration process, then delivered new plates to my home herself just as rush hour traffic had started. FANTASTIC SERVICE and PERSONAL ATTENTION. Do yourself a favor and BE SURE TO ASK FOR KIM. 5 Stars for Excellency. More
I purchased a car on Sunday March 10. It was a Acura 2010 Tl with all wheel drive. When i pulled in the dealership, i was greeted with open arms instead of shark attack that you normally get. Salesman 2010 Tl with all wheel drive. When i pulled in the dealership, i was greeted with open arms instead of shark attack that you normally get. Salesman name is Rob Marr. If you're ever in the market for a car, you make sure you see him because he will definitely make you feel right at home. He was very professional and polite. He will make sure you will get the vehicle that you need new or used without all the hassle. I would definitely buy more vehicles here in the future. More
