On Friday, I needed a state inspection, oil change, rear brakes, and tire pressure checked. Tara Campbell did an exceptional job getting me checked in and provided some coupons to save me some money. She explained that there would be a wait, but I was prepared to work in the office area so that was not a concern. During the course of service, Tara advised me that my fuel injectors needed cleaning and my filters needed to be replaced. I had anticipated something else would show up so again, no worries. When my car was finished, Tara had parked it where I had asked and told me I was all set. Although I spent $798 for repairs, Tara made me feel welcome when I arrived, and wished me a great weekend when I left. The entire experience could only have been made better if the service was free and that would be entirely unreasonable on my part. I will continue to go to Peter’s and use their service department as I always feel they have my best interests in mind. More

I saw a certified pre-owned Rogue online and decided to go myself to Peter's. I was pleasantly surprised to get out of my car, look at the vehicle I was interested in without having salesmen running out the second I arrived. When I was ready, I went inside and asked for assistance. I was lucky enough to have Jim Jackson as my salesperson. I explained exactly what I was looking for as far as price and monthly payments, and he worked with the sales manager to make it happen. He listened to my venting regarding my previous experience, and made sure that the deal was made quickly and hassle-free. We left with our new car the next evening! Both Jim and Geoff were courteous and professional. I'm glad I decided to stop by!! More

Tara Campbell not only fielded our call but got us in right away. She is familiar with us and also very familiar with our vehicles and maintenance schedule.Met me on arrival and check-in was less than 2 minutes. I waited in customer lounge and had a complimentary coffee while I waited. Service Director Brian Lefebvre took time to talk to me and before long I was out the door. Tara always gives me an upfront high level assessment of what needs to be done and calls to either confirm or inform if the service tech found something more. She works with me to understand the impacts of what needs to be done now and what can wait. If the car will be needed for a few days, she arranges a loaner so that I’m not inconvenienced. Tara is very customer focused. Even if she has to deliver ‘bad’ news she does it respectfully and in a very professional manner. Tara is a joy to work with because I know my car will be serviced properly and I will be treated very well! Thanks Tara!!! More
