Terrific customer service from my advisor Tara. I have brought in my Nissan Altima to Tara at Peters Nissan for the last three years. Keeping a strong maintenance program for my car has been very important to me. Tara has kept me on track from day 1 and exceeded my expectations. A very good communicator, she reminds me what is needed in a professional way and provides me with the advice and suggestions that I need in an acceptable (and not pushy way). She is both fair and helpful and does her best to provide me with every financial option. Tara always looks out for her customers. She has gone out of her way for me personally a handful of times of the years to provide me with excellent customer service including a few times with a loaner vehicle when I was stuck.
