Awesome service at Peters Nissan! I took my new Rogue Sport in for its first oil change and state inspection. My car had been acting strange, it would stall when starting out after st I took my new Rogue Sport in for its first oil change and state inspection. My car had been acting strange, it would stall when starting out after starting from a cold start and it was also chugging when cold. I asked Jeff it that sounded like correct behavior for a 2017 car with 5,800 miles and he said that it was not but asked if could I stay longer so they could try and diagnose the issue. I did not have time so I said I would bring it back at a different time. While I was waiting he did some research and found a bulletin with a list of symptoms which matched what my car was doing. I scheduled an appointment for the following week to have the ECM module reprogrammed. I have never had someone go above and beyond like he did to diagnose and correct the issue at any other dealership. This was in addition to the awesome sales process when I bought my Rogue Sport at the end of December 2017. Cheryl was professional and made the process quick and painless. Both Chery and Jeff are great employees to have and I would recommend Peters Nissan to anyone looking for a new car! More
