Got my car back as expected Checking in was fast without needing to wait with loaner provided so I can get in to work without delay. SA was knowledgeable on work done and explained them well. Payment was also a breeze. Only thing I would suggest in future that is not unique to Bmw Peterson is after pulling car up, kill the engine. I don't need it idling while I finish up on paperwork inside. Other dealerships I go to seem to do the same thing as well. More

No follow through I had two issues with my car and the dealership only addressed one of the issues. I asked if both issues were addressed, I told that one of the issues was related to the issue they fixed. They simply didn't check both issues. I wish I had never purchased from this dealership.
