I am a sup Thank you for requesting my input. I have a 2004 Escalade purchase in Sept 2004. I purchased at Kuni BMW Cadilac IN BEAVERTON OR. I am a supportor of local business having lived here for 65 years. The then Cadilac Dealers in the valley would not deal anywhere near the what the OR dealers would so I say they forced me to buy out of state. I have tried to use the the Cadelac Dealer for all service. It becomes extremely hard to be that supportive. Originally Larry H Miller Cadilac and now Petersons are typically more money. To quantity it, I say 15% to 30% depending on the service. At the end of this last year my Escalade had 145,000 miles and need some repairs. In an effort to use Petersons, I had John Ash price out the repairs. It totaled about $7,000. It felt high so I priced the same work out around town using the highest of quality parts to compare with the parts Peterson would install. This estimate total just under $5,000. When John found out I was considering using out repair service he went to work with the parts department and the service manager to figure a way to compete and keep a long time customer in the Cadilac fold, To his credit he did come up with a competitive price and I did the repairs at Petersons. My point in telling this story is this. I takes a real effort on the customers part to be loyal. It took almost forcing Petersons to competitive to be able to have Petersons perform the service. I have to even bring your own current service prices to the service departments attention or it is priced out at the standard 30% higher prices. Not looking out for me the loyal customer. I offer this exposé as a true effort to provide honest input. Good Luck. Dennis Kelley More
We had a great experience again! This is our second cadillac from them and both times, they have been friendly, efficient, and helpful. Look up Scott, you won't be sorry. cadillac from them and both times, they have been friendly, efficient, and helpful. Look up Scott, you won't be sorry. More

From the moment I shook Big Mamma's hand I knew I was going to be pleased. We found a great car within our price range and Big Mamma took care of the rest. Throughout the entire process I felt as though going to be pleased. We found a great car within our price range and Big Mamma took care of the rest. Throughout the entire process I felt as though I was dealing with a trustworthy dealership, and Big Mamma was like the icing on the cake. Several days after I purchased the car my Service Eninge Soon Light came on. I called the service department, and took it in that day. It turned out to be the thermostat which they immediatley replaced for me free of charge. Great service considering we did not purchase a warranty. I will be certain to return to Peterson when I am ready to purchase another car and I would definitely let everyone know that Big Mamma at Peterson Chevrolet is the person to see. More

My husband and I just bought a new 2012 Traverse. Jon Zwainz helped us through the process and was wonderful. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy and let us take our time over a week period to look, come Zwainz helped us through the process and was wonderful. The sales staff was quick to answer the phone but the good ends there. The service after the sale has been less than perfect. If I had known things would have been like this I would have went elsewhere good ends there. The service after the sale has been less than perfect. If I had known things would have been like this I would have went elsewhere. The service department is worthless. I bought a truck that came with a 90 day 3,000 mile warranty and its a good thing it did. I didnt even make it out of Idaho on my way to MN and it broke down. After getting to MN I had a bad shake in the steering. Only 1/3 of the worn parts were covered under the so called warranty. I had to pay over $1,000 out of pocket to fix the "certified" used vehicle. It has been almost 2 months and I still dont have my plates or title because the dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong place and its now up to me to fix their screw up. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Dennis Dillion and make your life much easier. More
