I was very happy with the sales rep (Walter)with the time an patience he showed while my wife and i vacillated between two selections we had decided on. If i had to do over again i would start much earlie an patience he showed while my wife and i vacillated between two selections we had decided on. If i had to do over again i would start much earlier in the day as the process in closing became very time consuming. Although i'm not sure that was through my own fault or the paper work has become too cumbersome. I have one complaint that really grated on me but again probably my fault again. First, i was only out looking at vehicles to begin with, but the opportunity to purchase the Impala was too tempting. I had a full vehicle that needed to be transferred to the car after the paper work was complete. Unfortunately it was late evening (dark). When we finally completed the transfer we started out for home and realized the i drove out of the dealership with a gas tank reading empty. I just left a truck with approximately 24 gallons of fuel in it and would have thought the dealership would have at least made some sort of reciprocation. Other than that i would recommend peterson dealership to my friends with guidance. Robert Plant More
