I had an appointment to take my car at 9:00 am to be checked. It sat there all day and wasn’t touched. Everytime I called they kept putting me on hold and switching me from person to person without and checked. It sat there all day and wasn’t touched. Finally when I spoke to someone they said they will call me back in a few to give an update. A few turned into hours then I asked to speak to a manager. Spoke with a manager then she informed me that my car wound need to go to Honda to being that’s it’s under warranty after it sat there all day until 5:00 pm. She stated she made an appointment. When I take it to Lumberton Honda they informed me that they didn’t know what the appointment was for. I had to explain to them and tell them about a warranty. They informed me that my car wasn’t covered under this warranty and my car shouldn’t be making these noise I’m hearing and I just brought the car a few months ago. Lumberton Honda help me with my issues I was having. It seem as if Peterson didn’t care at all and just pushed me off to Lumberton Honda which I’m glad they did because I was treated like somebody. The issues my car was having could have been addressed at Peterson if the just cared and took the time. Wish I knew this was how customers are treated before purchasing a vehicle. More

Travelling on 95 I had the dreaded check engine light come on. The service department at Peterson was GREAT...honest, straightforward and transparent. The Jeep service department needs better mechanics. I was told two different reasons for my brake light being on and neither one made any sense.
