I was informed my battery needed to be replaced when in fact the battery is good. I questioned the battery needing to be replaced because I am told this at almost every service visit. My tires were recorded as being "yellow" on my previous visit. I replaced 2 of my 4 tires. This would mean 2 tires would be green and 2 would remain yellow. The paperwork listed all 4 of my tires as green. I questioned this as well. When this was rechecked, 2 of my tires are "yellow". This causes me to wonder if the workers actually check all the things that are listed on the paperwork being stated that have been checked. It also causes me great concern about the idea of purchasing a battery when I did not need one. This is a great expense that would have been unnecessary. It's hard not to wonder how often this happens and how many more people spend money unnecessarily. More
