Allen had a new experience selling us a new vehicle, he never waivered, always attentive to our many mind changes as we went from vehicle to vehicle and many interruptions lasting several days. He came in never waivered, always attentive to our many mind changes as we went from vehicle to vehicle and many interruptions lasting several days. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale, and was very helpful in coordinating The extras added on and meeting our time schedule. Ask for Allen Petersen, you won't be sorry. Darrell Latham More

I had high expectations for this dealership as they are one of the largest in the valley... But I was sorely disappointed. I purchased a used car from them and was told if I needed to use the 90 warranty, one of the largest in the valley... But I was sorely disappointed. I purchased a used car from them and was told if I needed to use the 90 warranty, just bring it in and they would look at it. Soooo, I made my appointment (after holding for 11 minutes and getting rerouted to the front desk 3 times) and was told I was all set for the next morning. I brought the car in on my way to work the next day only to find out from the service guy, I needed "approval" from my sales associate I purchased the car through before they would look at it. Not only did he not offer to contact the sales guy for me, but he just stood there staring at me like I should have known. He said "its just better if the customers call the sales guys rather than the service guys call because they are willing to help if it is the customer on the phone." Then he had the audacity to tell me if I couldn't get ahold of him, I could just pay the Diagnostic fee and SEE if it would be covered later. I felt trapped and like I was being forced into spending money when I was left with the impression it was covered under the warranty. After not being able to reach my salesman and requesting to speak to the manager, they waived the Diagnostic fee and took my car into the shop -only to call me to tell me that my concern with my car was a "known issue from the maker and wouldn't be covered under my warranty becuase it wasn't a safety issue." There is a COMPLETE disconnect between the different departments at this dealership and causes extremely poor customer service. I should have known this would happen when an employee of theirs told me he wouldn't even buy a car from them because they are swindlers... This was a terrible experience with Peterson's and I will never do business with them again. More
Everyone at the dealership was fantastic! I was especially pleased with the patience of our salesperson, Wes Rice. We keep our cars a very long time, so we wanted to be sure that this was the car for us. He waited for us to make a decision without any pressure and was extremely helpful when we did make a choice. He continues to be wonderful, answering any questions I have. This is the second car new we have purchased from Peterson. I would recommend both Peterson Toyota and Wes Rice any day. More
What a great group of people at Peterson's! Everyone was friendly, and stayed late Saturday evening to make sure I was taken care of. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I had a variety of post-production accessories/options installed by the Service Department on a new 2013 Toyota 4 Runner. The customer service and quality of work completed were all great. installed by the Service Department on a new 2013 Toyota 4 Runner. bought a New Sienna from Peterson a year ago w dlr accessories installed. had to bring vehicle back 3 and 4 overnights to be told No Problem, after being told during first 2 visits that their was a pr accessories installed. had to bring vehicle back 3 and 4 overnights to be told No Problem, after being told during first 2 visits that their was a problem.... diagnosis originally was "unidentified battery drain", after days of diagnosis, dlr shifted to "no problem, just bad battery". When I went to pick up vehicle on last diagnosis/service loose parts were found on floor board, which extended my stay at the dealership, having to go back in and say "hey there are some parts on the floor board, not put back in."...just adding fuel to the fire, it took 3 people coming and going to fix the unfinished parts being installed. I have brought both my Toyotas in to Peterson for everything, and usually it has gone well, but last visit was a comedy of errors (frustrating). It leaves doubt in my mind that the actual problem has even been fixed.... I hope that it does not lead to a dead battery with my wife and kids somewhere. Also, service writer should have been much more proactive in calling me for updates, and confusion between accessories department and service department of WHO was supposed to be taking care of us, was frustrating.
