I took my 2009 Camry in for a 15,000-mile service and a Toyota Master Switch Recall inspection. The service provided was good, but I fell I was misled in how long it would take for the work. Furthermore, when I asked about replacement mats, he told me he didn't know and I would have to ask the parts dept. I felt left out in the cold as he could have easily said "I will find out for you" or "let's walk over together and ask". In my opinion, it was a missed sales opportunity.
