He seemed to understand that I wasn't to be pressured into making a decision, he respected my time by being available when I was available, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, followed through timely, with multiple communications - both by phone and email, was energetic, and facilitated this purchase in a way that made the whole process easy. I am a knowledgable Toyota customer that has purchased 8 Toyotas in my lifetime and was shopping for the 9th. He was patient and understanding with all of my requests regardless if it evolved several test drives over a couple days. Instead of pushing me into a sale, he helped me find the perfect Toyota for me. He also helped me find a awesome financing program that seemed specificly catered to my needs. Buying experience was wonderful. Went in to just determine the loan info for a used car that they didn't have in stock yet. Brent and Brit were simply terrific! We visited the dealership at different times while comparison shopping and they worked together as a team to present the Toyota we were interested in. Ultimately, we had to wait for the exact Toyota Highlander that we selected to be delivered to the dealer. Both Brent and Brit kept us informed and "owned" the experience. We got exactly what we wanted at a fair price and all commitments made were honored in full. The only factor that kept every rating from being "great" is my disappointment in learning that Toyota charges a surcharge for "advertising" that increased the invoice price beyond what we expected. We also considered using the Costco pricing program at the Ontario dealership, because Peterson charges a $299.00 dealer transfer fee vice the $100.00 they would have charged us. In the end, our loyalty to Brent and Brit due to their professionalism and genuine interest in developing a relationship with us during the sales process earned and kept the sale for Peterson Toyota. Finally, I would recommend to Toyota Motor Corp that if they are going to offer a military rebate, that they offer it to retired personnel. Whether a person served 20 plus years or was medically retired following combat injury I would think that recognizing the military would include this category of people.
