While we would love to apologize for your experience here, we unfortunately can not. We did acquire you financing, but you denied what we offered due to the rate being too high for you. Unfortunately, the rates are not up to us. It's up to your credit, and the bank decisions based on your credit. We did not make the decisions that led to your credit being what it was, but we DID actually acquire financing for you after you willingly gave us your information in order to secure the purchase for you. We did all of these things, and then you denied what we got done for you. You then scathed us in person for what we did accomplish, and demanded we hold it for you with your money until you found your own financing. Unfortunately for you, our policy dictates that if you're not willing to take the financing we put in place for you, which you could have happily refinanced out from later(and was offered to you), without other financing in place that is proven, we cannot hold the vehicle for you. This was all explained perfectly to you, and you still had a problem with our policies. We can not do anything for this circumstance. Your claims to gender, race, and status are not warranted as we treated you the same as every other customer that walks into this building. We treat everyone as if they are family and we do the best job we can for every single one of them, without regards of gender, religion, sex, status, etc.. We do everything in our power to help people with what they want/need to purchase, and you were unhappy with our service. It's certainly your right to express your disdain for what happened here, however we would greatly appreciate a rescinding of your post due to the fact that literally none of it has anything to do with anything we did for you, but everything to do with your personal financial situation to which we did not put you in a position to have to deal with. We were only trying to help you, but you denied our help, so we can not hold a vehicle for you just because you said we should and wanted to throw your money at us. Thanks for the opportunity. We would have loved to make it work for you. If you ever want to come back and try again, no hard feelings. We will certainly still do our best, just as we did last time!
