The staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, however, the wait for paper signing was a little long. I was called back in because they did not know they could not teansfer the license plate from my trade the wait for paper signing was a little long. i went to philfitt to purchase a used car and was approached by salesman who i informed i wanted to buy the car i saw on Carfax cars, the salesman allowed a test drive with him sitting in passenger s approached by salesman who i informed i wanted to buy the car i saw on Carfax cars, the salesman allowed a test drive with him sitting in passenger seat he did not allow me test drive alone neither was my drivers license was asked for. i informed salesman i can leave a $1000 to hold car while i obtained loan from my bank being a veteran i always acquire loans through them. salesman would not take my check or my debit card to hold this car. he asked for my social and address and walked away still refusing to take my money, after waiting for 20 minutes i prepared to leave since i did not know why he was taking so long, he comes out and tells me that THEY can finance my loan and proceeded to tell me some outrageous rate i reiterated i can leave the one thousand dollar while i secure the loan through my bank which is a veteran bank. For the remaining 3 thousands and that i will get back with him in the morning and again my money was offered and again he refused said it would be alright and also gave me reassurance . this same salesman later on in the day text me that the car was sold to someone else and offered insincere text apology , yet no reason for refusing my money to hold car to prevent it sale. I sent CEO an email complaining of his salesman refusing my money and he passed me off and offered no apology. so .... this dealership did not respect this veteran, woman, who is of color to allow her money in there building .and did not say they would sell this car from underneath me if i did not go through their loan company which i had no intention of doing their loan company since my veteran bank has done my loans and knows me . i am left with the WHYS and no car if you can refuse my money and access my ss number without my permission nor informed that my ss number was being checked when the salesman knew i was going through my bank.i am disheartened and was made to feel like my money did not matter, the word DISDAIN is what i went through. More
