This was my second experience with the car service department. My first visit was after an accident on the PA Turnpike….a first EVER accident for me but after speaking to Paula, my fears worries. and department. She helped me with the insurance claim and all other paperwork. Tony did an excellent job in overseeing and completing all body work and got my car in perfect shape to get back on the road with confidence! The staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, however, the wait for paper signing was a little long. I was called back in because they did not know they could not teansfer the license plate from my trade the wait for paper signing was a little long. They did apologize for this mistake. More
