Went in for oil change and tire rotation with a dash light on for low pressure. Did not fix the tire pressure light on the dash it was on as soon as I started the engine at dealership and service rep sa light on for low pressure. Wonderful customer service but Very inconsistent mechanical work. We’ve had oil changes and inspections done on the same car and sometimes they fill fluids, other times they don’t. One time we urgen mechanical work. We’ve had oil changes and inspections done on the same car and sometimes they fill fluids, other times they don’t. One time we urgently needed breaks done, a year later with no brake work they didn’t mention a thing. we told them a tail light was out and while doing their “multipoint inspection” they didn’t even notice it and offer to repair it. Love the people at the desk but the work is very inconsistent. More
