I LOVE my vehicle, but I HATE the deal I got from hardline negotiations with Phil Long Ford. They had the vehicle I wanted (2017 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road, in INFERNO color), and they took advantage of hardline negotiations with Phil Long Ford. They had the vehicle I wanted (2017 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road, in INFERNO color), and they took advantage of my desire for this vehicle to make loads of money off me coming and going. I paid only around $1000 less than the Tacoma sold for NEW (3 1/2 years ago, 68K miles), and they low-balled my trade-in vehicle (2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser). They argued the "tight" used vehicle market to keep my price high on the Tacoma, and when I tried to say the same would apply to my FJ Cruiser, the floor manager didn't budge. They listed it for $7,500 above my trade-in allowance within 24 hours of my sale, and it was gone (likely at that high price) in less than a week. I know I'm not supposed to let the dealer know how much I want something, but they still took advantage of an early-retired veteran. More

The dealership treated me very well, but it was a very busy day (some 30+ vehicles sold) and a blustery day. As a result I was processed late and my Ranger was not washed and detailed. I didn't drive my new truck for nearly two weeks after bringing it home and then discovered that it had a dent in the back passenger side door. By then I felt it was it was too late to make a credible claim, so I let it go. However, I believe if the truck had been properly detailed and shown to me inside the building the dent would have been easily discovered. Disappointing, but otherwise I am very pleased with the truck. More
Very exhausting process. Had to wait for the salesman for over an hour. Salesman knew little about the vehicle. Spent too much time trying to negotiate a deal just to have finance change everything. I bought a Chevy Trax from the dealership. There was a crack along the bottom of the front windshield the whole way across. They said they were going to fix that. I have now had the car for several months crack along the bottom of the front windshield the whole way across. They said they were going to fix that. I have now had the car for several months I've left several messages to the manager and to my salesman when no one returning my calls. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them once you buy it they will not do what they say they're going to do. I do believe it is illegal for them to sell a car with a cracked front windshield as well. More
