AJ was fantastic, he took care of everything we asked of him immediately that day. The car technically wasn't ready to drive home but he expedited inspection and helped us through the process to make sure w him immediately that day. Payton is awesome, and I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. He’s young, hardworking, honest, and exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to work with when making such a major purchase. After an unexpected elk accident put us back in the market for a new-to-us vehicle with basically no warning, Payton went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. He was patient, transparent, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed into a decision. It’s rare to find someone in sales who makes you feel like they’re genuinely looking out for you rather than simply trying to close a deal, and that was absolutely our experience with Payton and Fernando, the sales manager.
