Hundreds of consumer complaints and at least one FMLA lawsuit later, they’re still going strong. Add-ons you didn’t ask for? Rolled right into your loan. Warranties you thought were optional? Not anymore. Oh, and if you’re military — congratulations, you’re the favorite target for over-inflated financing and “custom” loan padding. Their motto might as well be: “What you don’t know can still make us a profit.” Check the BBB reports. Ask around Fort Carson. Read the reviews they bury with coupons. Then ask yourself — are all those angry customers just unlucky… or are they just the ones who read the fine print too late? More
