Horrible customer service! Horrible dealership. They were lucky enough to get a Mustang Shelby GT350. When they found out that we were interest, they were very persistent that w Horrible dealership. When they found out that we were interest, they were very persistent that we buy the car from them vs the ford dealership in Utah, even texting us at 11:30 PM. They had the exact color that I wanted so we cut a deal and I drove the next day over 700 miles to get the vehicle. Once we bought the car we were no longer their customer. After we had taken the car and wanted to cancel some of the packages they were a pain to get a hold of! Their finance manager Garin Murdock is a nightmare. They would ignore our calls, give us the run around. Garin would promise to do something that day and hang up and ignore my calls for 2 weeks. The General manager Jim White, sent out a letter stating that he was thankful that we had purchased the car from them and if I ever needed anything to call him at his “personal number”, which ended being the general dealership number. It would take 3 calls to finally be transferred to Jim white’s assistant, we never got to speak to Jim. Not until over a dozen voicemails, several emails, speaking to over 7 different “managers” about our issue and contacting a legal council did we get a response a month after. It has been over 4 months and we are still having issues because of this dealership! I love the car but extremely regret buying the car from Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills. I hope ford takes notice and stops giving those allocations and gives them to dealerships that actually cares about their customers. More
