Service Department Brad Taylor was a delightful person to work with at Phil Long Chapel Hills. My vehicle was not drivable and because the dealership was short on trans Brad Taylor was a delightful person to work with at Phil Long Chapel Hills. My vehicle was not drivable and because the dealership was short on transmission techs, I was without my Escape for 3 weeks. Brad made sure I had a nice loaner and then made it a point to keep me informed on the status of the repair. Finally..Great Service I have been a long time Phil Long customer. Service dept has been subpar for some time but they are the only Ford dealer in town so where else do you I have been a long time Phil Long customer.
