The parts were emergency ordered from Ford but it was too late to be sent the next day so the car needed to stay another day. Matt was very helpful in making sure I had a loaner vehicle for the time my car was stuck at the dealership. He called me on a number of occasions over the course of the time my car was in the shop to give me an update on the status---so, I was not surprised when it needed to spend another day waiting for the parts from Ford. I will definitely request to have Matt be my service rep when I take any of my three Fords in for future service. More

Additionally, Zach is very responsive to all my inquiries and I appreciate this. I do think that the Phil Long dealership should get more comfortable chairs in their showroom and a better WiFi connection for children who sit around bored while parents are busy doing business.
