We arrived on Friday night, picked up the vehicle, and we were all set to drive home on Saturday morning. The next morning, when we got in the car, the entire electrical system was not working. We called Maureen, and she asked if we could bring the car into the dealership. When we arrived, we explained to her that we did not feel comfortable driving this car because usually if a car starts off with problems, typically the trend continues to get worse. Maureen couldn't have been more HELPFUL:) She agreed, and without hesitation she began looking at what other vehicles we could have that were similar in to the model we bought. She had several options, but none fit the color I wanted. Maureen found an upgraded model, worth about 8,000$ more in options. This one had lane correct, upgraded stereo system, upgraded engine capacity, luxury caption chairs in the back seat, two toned leather trim, and it IS A 2013!! The dealer found this car, and gave it to us without any additional cost. THIS DEALER IS FANTASTIC, AND MAUREEN IS THE BEST SALES ASSOCIATE WE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. Purchased a used 2011 KIA for grandchildren. They had two VERY used Hondas. The trade-in seemed fair given the condition of the vehicles. I had just come from the adjacent KIA dealer who had reneged on a firm deal and was quite aggravated. I probably came on a bit strong when I walked in. Didn't phase Ray. When my grandkids went back the next day to sign some papers they took their 15-month child. Ray gave her a baloon. Class act! More

I've been in a few times for service, but my main reason in writing this review is that Lee went above and beyond the call of duty. I went in to get an estimate on a dent that was caused about three weeks in writing this review is that Lee went above and beyond the call of duty. I went in to get an estimate on a dent that was caused about three weeks ago. I saw Lee working, and just wanted to say hello, and he asked how things went. I told him about my dilemma and he took it upon himself to track down the name and number of Carmedic. It had already been a long day for Lee, but he didn't make me feel like I was another interruption. He took the time to find a solution to my problem. This is an example of extraordinary service, a reason to keep coming back! I hope Lee is recognized for his efforts! More

We found the perfect new Ford Edge at this dealer after looking for weeks. Sat down to work out the numbers with the salesman. Gave him all our info including the exact pay-off amount on our trade which wa looking for weeks. Sat down to work out the numbers with the salesman. My husband had done extensive research on the market value of the car, the rebates available, and what the trade was worth and what we should be given for our trade. The 1st offer came back way too high. My husband stated that he has never and will never pay sticker price for a new auto. (FYI: that is why a new auto loses thousands of dollars when it is driven off the lot because the sticker price is way higher than the market value) He also asked where the trade pay-off amount was in the deal. The salesman stated that is is figured somewhere in the payment but he does not really know because that is not his area. My husband offered closer to what he figured the bottom line should be paid for that car. The next offer came back close to what my husband had figured and again my husband asked about the trade pay-off. The salesman said that it was figured in somewhere. My husband said all he cares about is the bottom line and how the dealer gets to that is their problem. We accepted and signed the dealer offer. The salesman went to start the paperwork. He came back a few minutes later and said that there was a kink in the deal. The sales manager had not figured into the agreed upon offer. The sales manager renigged and backed down on the agreed offer, and made a new offer $4000+ more. They would not honor the agreed upon/signed offer. We walked out without our car. It is too bad that we had to pay for the sales department's mistakes. This dealership is dishonest and does not honor it's word. We will not recommend Phil Long dealerships to anyone. Stay away!!! We were looking for a reasonably priced decent car for our teenage driver. Chuck helped us find a 2005 Stratus that fit the bill! The experience was very low key and no pressure. Both employes very unprepared, tried to push a new car on us and said the cheaper one wont Work without checking our credit! Nick was great in getting everting we asked for !!!! The service is fantastic. We had one issue with towing package and Nick was great in getting it installed. This dealership uses the traditional "write down the price and take it some unknown entity for approval" model. The sales person was excellent, but be prepared for a process that takes some time. Also, be aware that by the time you get to the "financing person", you will be worn down so don't give them a pass on interest rates as you can bargain here too. Compared to other car dealerships (Ford and GM) with which I have had dealings, this dealership is better than average. More
