Steve, even as busy as he is as Manager, is always very prompt in replying to us and takes personal care in ensuring that our issues our resolved. I would never recommend doing business with this sales team. I was looking to sell my vehicle, not purchase a new one, and I made that clear from the beginning. I was told that my vehicle was in high demand due to its low mileage, excellent condition, and clean title. They also mentioned they did not currently have a similar vehicle in their used inventory. I was told I needed to bring the vehicle in for a firm offer, but they were willing to commit to a price range over the phone that was only a few thousand dollars lower than what I was hoping to receive, assuming the vehicle was in "good" condition. The salesperson said he would discuss it with the sales director and felt they could likely offer more after reviewing the mileage and photos, although he would still want to inspect the vehicle in person. After that, I never heard back and had to follow up myself. When I finally reached out again, I was told, "We're likely not going to get where you want. It's the end of summer, so it's a tough time to be selling this type of vehicle." They then offered me $4,000 less than the price range discussed over the phone. To make matters worse, they followed up by saying, "Come back and see us in February. We'd be very interested then. Our concern is that it just won't sell right now." So, first they tell me they want my vehicle, then they offer significantly less than their original estimate and less than what both Ford and Kelley Blue Book indicate it is worth as a dealer trade-in or purchase. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unethical. I would recommend going somewhere else. It’s really surprising this dealer represents itself as a family-owned business. It's concerning when a large corporate dealership provides a more straightforward and professional experience, they just wanted me to buy a new car when I made it VERY clear from the beginning, I will not. More

Our experience buying our 2026 Ford Transit XLT was outstanding from start to finish. We actually saved money while buying a newer car that will work better for our needs. Ford had employee pricing deal on most vehicles. But it didnt apply to our van. They still hooked us up with anyway. Our salesperson, Mark Millie, was kind, patient, communicative, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we found the right vehicle. There was never any pressure or hassle. He went above and beyond to make sure the van had every feature we wanted, even arranging a last-minute installation of the running boards and window tint before delivery. Since we finalized everything late on a Friday and those items couldn't be completed that evening, Mark personally drove the van to us the next day after the work was finished. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. If you go buy a Ford (which you should), go to Phil Long Denver and ask for Mark Millie! The financing process was quick and easy thanks to Vadin, who was an absolute rockstar. He helped us add maintenance, gap insurance, secure buy, and tire protection while still keeping our monthly payment affordable. He also helped us navigate the down payment assistance program available after our previous vehicle was unfortunately totaled, making what could have been a stressful process feel simple. Even Bob, the in-house cook, made the experience memorable with his generosity and kindness. Everyone we worked with treated us exceptionally well. We ended up with a vehicle we absolutely love, comprehensive protection plans, and a monthly payment that's actually lower than what we were paying for our previous vehicle. I was quoted $58XX. for transfer case repairs at the Denver PL location which was high compared to a quote from an out-of-state Ford dealership that I dealt with in year for transfer case repairs at the Denver PL location which was high compared to a quote from an out-of-state Ford dealership that I dealt with in years past. I then took my vehicle to the PL Chapel Hills Mall location (without telling either the Denver or CH location) where I was quoted $43XX. which was a more reasonable but still a high cost for the same repair. Then Chapel Hills raised that estimate to $49XX. I then took my vehicle to another shop and paid $35XX. for same repair (they installed brand new transfer case supplied by Ford). I then called the Senior Service Manager with the PL main office and explained my frustration with PL overall. After three weeks of waiting for a response, I was never even extended the courtesy of a reply. So after spending $250 for diagnosis at the Denver location, and another $200 for the Chapel Hills location diagnosis, and no response from the PL main office service manager, the PL organization has left me with a justified bad taste in my mouth. More
