fess up to mistakes My husband took his jeep here to get something fixed. Afterwards he noticed that there was something wrong. He took it to another shop first thing the next morning, since phil long is closed on Sundays. He had to leave the car there because it was UNSAFE to drive. A bolt on the breakpad went "missing" and the brake started sliding on the wheel....this caused the wheel to be unrepairable and we had to spend $1000 on new tires! Phil longs manager reply? It's not their fault, we have no proof, but he'll give us a gift card that's worth more than the bolt....we ended up getting 2 movie tickets....SERIOUSLY? apparently this is how dealerships deal will their own mistakes now! We're $1000 poorer and my husband could've been in a horrible accident and all we got wad some xxxx movie tickets. Worst dealership ever! More
