For me, just one example involves a request for a simple tire rotation in order to further evaluate a second test drive. I was told I had to "commit" to the car beforehand (really?) but then the next day told me they would do it (manager approved!) and it would be done by opening time the next day. I wisely called before my second trip there only to be told that I had not agreed on a price yet so no maintenance - first I heard of having to agree to a price. What happened to "manager approved it will be done"? Other smaller little charades during a few more conversations aside, the big one was when Mark Barton called me and said that they had ALREADY sold the car to auction the day after I was starting to call them out on their own inconsistencies. However, the car stayed on their own website (the price was even altered many days afterwards) for well over two weeks after that call. As of this writing it is still there. I guess they didn't want to deal with me anymore but had to make something up rather than answer my questions. IMHO, I don't think they like customers who are not easily intimidated by the car purchasing process (do research - it pays!) and who challenge them when they say things that seem conditional on previous "assumptions", especially on condition/price of a car (think used v. new). If they reply to this review it may resemble a vague response that fails to answer any of the issues with my (or anyone else's) critiques of their business practices, which really means they aren't going to change at all, and their choice of actions speak for themselves. If I could give minus 5 stars i would. I Purchased my Ford Escape along with a service warranty in less than a Month the check engine light came on keep in mind i bought the car March 11, 2020 i took my Ford Escape along with a service warranty in less than a Month the check engine light came on keep in mind i bought the car March 11, 2020 i took my car in for service late March... Its now June 5 they still have my car!!! Although I was provided a loaner car this does not excuse how long those people have had my car!!!! I will tell any and everyone who will listen DO NOT GO THERE ...unless you want to get swindled out of time money and your car More

The purchase was simple, straightforward, and perfect. Anthony reached out as soon as possible and we worked on the truck I was interested, options, pricing. He spent rigorous amounts of time working a great deal for my purchase and trade in.
