Amazing as usual Hat off to mr. Eric Haynes which was our sales guy at Phil long , he went above and beyond to make sure our car purchase went as smooth as possible . Hat off to mr. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted , lower cost and interest then what we thought . He didn't make us feel rushed at all and dedicated his entire afternoon to us to make sure we are happy with every single aspect of our purchase. He was very pleasant to work with and involved our children as well ( my 8 year old had smashed her finger in the door while at the dealership and Eric was amazing taking care of her , getting ice and cheering her up ) .When we picked up our car it was nice and clean , he took the time to show us every single function on the vehicle and even hand polished a few spots that were missed on the vehicle. The finance department also did a wonderful job to get us the best deal possible. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. New car upgrade Chris Manaois was a fantastic service to me. I came in looking for an F150 and boy did he try his hardest to get me into one. I could not afford the F150 so i asked for other options. Without missing a beat Chris was able to find other more affordable options for me to test drive. We hopped into a 2019 Ford Escape and it was perfect. Still had the size and space I need at almost half the cost of a new F150. I wanted to F150 really bad but new it would be a better and more financially safe option to get the care i needed. Chris' was a great sales rep to work with and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Everyone that helped me that day was amazing and really nice. It was a great first time buyer experience. Awesome from sales to finance. I traded in an F150 for an F350 and I had the best experience. Anthony scheduled me for an appointment to drive the vehicle I wanted. Ted in the finance department was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anthony even ensured that I didn't leave without getting our phones completely connected to the Bluetooth sync on the stereo and was great with helping us adjust everything on the interior to our liking. He had the sale, didn't need to do anything else but went the extra mile and took alot of extra time to ensure that we were completely set up. More

Outstanding sales people for my pick, no pressure! I went in to look at the 2019 or 2018 F150 XLT, but left with the 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. If they hadn't put the wrong manual in, I wouldn't have upgra I went in to look at the 2019 or 2018 F150 XLT, but left with the 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. If they hadn't put the wrong manual in, I wouldn't have upgraded to the Lariat. But they made it sooo easy to switch from the XLT to the Lariat. I'd go back again when the time comes. Brice was the best in having the patience to listen to me. I can't leave out Mark or Jeff too. Thanks you guys. More
