He explained everything in great detail and after the purchase spent a very long time going over everything and made sure everything was set up properly including pairing my phone. It had been several years since we purchased a car and there were so many new features that would have taken us a long time to figure out had he not given us such a complete orientation. The biggest drawback was the time spent with others trying to sell us things we stated up front we were not going to buy such as extended warranty etc. More

"Service" Department?! Had my 2012 Focus transferred to PLF from another dealer for some transmission warranty work. Though initially pleased with the speed it was taken into the shop, that faded as the time I was told it would be ready came and went, at which point I could not get any answers from anyone in service as to what was going on with it. A call to the General Manager's office couldn't even bring any answers, and it became clear that I was simply being brushed off. "We'll tell you we're going to call you back and then go to lunch without even checking on the issue" seems to be their mission statement there. More

To the extent that the dealer I was working with was let go at the end if the year and I was told that no Terrible experience in my last car purchase. To the extent that the dealer I was working with was let go at the end if the year and I was told that no one could help me as my sales rep no longer worked there. I find it disturbing that when looking at their reviews they only thank those who leave excellent reviews rather than trying to satisfy those leaving dissatisfied experiences. I guess working at customer service and customer experience is too much. I will never do business that does not care about their customers and making sure they do what they can to improve a bad experience. More
