Always check the dipstick Panic hit when my car began to smoke. My check engine light came on and I knew I was past due for an oil change that was my first mistake. The second was adding oil without knowing how much to add. Yep car was a big puff of smoke instantly. Thank God for my service manager Mike, from the time I called to let him know the vehicle was being towed into the shop he was on top of everything and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. Had the best customer service, but if you interact with Mike you'll know that's every time. I promise never to do anything by myself again. More

Misrepresents Car Inspection Results Salesman told me that the vehicle that I purchased passed all inspection points without any exception. Bought the vehicle - then determined that this Salesman told me that the vehicle that I purchased passed all inspection points without any exception. Bought the vehicle - then determined that this representation was FALSE; the inspection showed that the vehicle needed rear axles seals and a power steering pump. The salesman agreed that this was not clear but indicated that the company would not back him up. I am out almost $1000. VERY DISSATISFIED. More
