Great Customer Service I had been researching my potential new car for awhile, so when I arrived at the Dealership I knew what I wanted to see and drive. Laura Coolidge-Diperri showed me exactly what I wanted to see, even though the engine I was looking for was very hard to find. She was very helpful in recommending other options to consider with her focus completely on my satisfaction as a customer. When I couldn't find the exact vehicle I was looking for, she assisted me with the ordering process. I know I will be very happy with my new vehicle when it arrives in a couple months! However.... This was not the case! Eric was not a salesman looking for money, he was a person trying to help another human being out. From the first few seconds of meeting him I knew something was different. He was not pushy he did not want to sell me something I was not ready for and the best part, I was able to be honest with him and he was in return honest with me. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Eric and like I said in my google review you guys need to keep him around because he restored my hope in car salesmen. I am going to recommend anyone I know that is looking for a ford to go talk with Eric because he made my car buying experience feel like I was actually a person other than just something walking around with a wallet and money in their pocket like other dealerships.
