Service Center Beware I've had multiple problems with this dealerships service center. First incident was with 2016 Ford Focus ST (BRAND NEW). I took it in to have then rea I've had multiple problems with this dealerships service center. First incident was with 2016 Ford Focus ST (BRAND NEW). I took it in to have then realign the doors. When I received the vehicle it has dirt and little pieces of rock in my passenger leather Recaro seats and on the driver side door sill it looked like someone took a knife and made about 15 little cuts into the paint (past the clear coat). They would not come out of pocket for their infractions made but simply wanted to repaint the whole panel. I've seen the work and their shop is rated poorly. I wanted them to pay for the damages so I can get it fixed by a reputable paint shop. End result was they tried to buff it because I couldn't reason with them in any other way and they did a horrible job buffing the damages out. Second incident. I brought my 99 Ford Taurus in to them to get the heater core replaced. Upon receiving my vehicle back, there are grease spots in my passenger cloth seats and water stations on the other seats. I do not recommend you go to Phil Long Ford of Motorcity for anything and especially not their service center unless you're fine with them mistreating your vehicle. More

Douglas works on my truck and does an outstanding job! Douglas provides the best service I have ever received. He does excellent work, my truck fixed right the first time. We spend the next month car shopping form dealership to dealership from Colorado springs to Denver, Chris contacted us frequently to try and find a car for us. We decided to no longer get a new car, we told Chris we were looking for used at X price with X amount of miles,not even a day later he send over a list of cars with everything we wanted and in our price range. THEN we changed our mind on the type of car we wanted, but came to see Chris to see if he could help us out (since out of all the dealers we met in the past month, he was the best) So we finally buy a car, in which he never pressured us into doing, which is abnormal for car dealers. We bought our used car knowingly with a cracked moon roof and some exterior damage, in which they stated they would fix, and have so far fulfilled that agreement. We went to get our moon roof fixed last week, and although there were complications on ordering the glass, Chris made it his priority to keep us updated with repairs, he made certain to us when buying the car he would get us a rental car in which he did, and when our car still was not repaired after a week, we told him we had a weekend trip coming up and needed an SUV (since we bought an SUV) and he made sure we got the SUV for our planned trip. Although it was unfortunate our car took so long to get fixed, Chris never stopped helping us even after we bought the car. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help buying a car! especially if you are like me and hate dealing with car dealers being pushy. Chris really is amazing at what he does, and always puts the customers first, he does not just get your business, he EARNS it! Thanks again Chris for everything! More
