Worst Dealership in the Springs I bought a car from Phil Long of Motor City in June. Not only did they agree on a price and then up the price when the put in the paperwork but, my ca I bought a car from Phil Long of Motor City in June. Not only did they agree on a price and then up the price when the put in the paperwork but, my car - less than 4 months later - is dead. I have been calling everyday for the past week and have gotten the complete run around. I spoke with Chris in the Internet Department, he was really helpful at first, but hasn't returned my calls since 6 days ago. I was supposed to be referred to Tracy, but she never called me either. I finally spoke with a manager 5 days after I started calling and he seemed like he was going to be helpful, but, alas, another dead end. This is the worst business with the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Go somewhere else to buy your car! Phil Long Ford at Motor City is useless. More

We had gone to another dealership across the street earlier that morning and found ourselves heart broken beyond measure for the way they treated us. They told us that we could go elsewhere to bid on cars because that was not a place to negotiate. They referred us to other dealerships instead of helping us find another car on their lot. Needless to say we made our way to Phil Long Ford, fell in love with everyone and everything and brought a brand new car home! We will deal with Phil long from now on! More

Best Experience Ever! Went in to get services done to my car. Was tired of it. Hated what I was driving. Walked over to sales and was helped by Colleen. Oil change & transfer case fluid I had drops of a thick fluid leaking from underneath my vehicle onto the garage floor..... Called and talked to service guy, Patrick R. Since it was time for an oil change and tire rotation I made an appointment for them to be done as well. When I brought it in Joshua was there and he was very helpful and then Patrick came in later that day and called me and said it was the transfer case leaking which was a problem with this Ford edge and it was covered under warranty. They fixed it ,did all the other stuff and it works great very , very satisfied !! More
